for anyone who may be reading out there, i'm looking to get a little feedback. i'm wondering a couple things, and im hoping maybe someone can answer or increase my wonder
What are some of your favorite dishes to prepare?
What do you like people to prepare for you?
What's the best thing you've ever had from a restaurant?
What's the best meal you've ever had period?
If you had to eat one thing as your final meal, what would it be?
Leave me some comments, help me feel a little less inquisitive and maybe a little less lonely? thank you bunches and bunches.

I'd be happy to provide feedback for you.
Favorite dishes to cook: I cook all of the time, so I'm going to be vague--pasta with red sauces, biscuits, rice, and roasted chicken
I like people to prepare for me anything without nuts, nothing with seafood, and what they think I'd like.
The best thing I've had from a restaurant would have to be crab cakes from Village Tavern or a penne alla vodka I had once in Miami.
Final meal: can I go to Golden Corral? Or is that cheating?
Wow, favorite dishes to prepare is a hard one because it changes all the time. Right now I'm on a baking kick so i like to do cupcakes & breads.
I like people to prepare comfort food for me, the things they like to eat themselves. When someone tries too hard for a dinner party or such it shows.
Best thing from a restaurant - hmmm I think duck confit. Not from any particular restaurant but its not something I do myself so its special. Runner up would be really good sushi in san francisco.
I've had so many fantastic meals its hard to say...some of the best would be at Delfina in SF because of a fabulous waiter who turned us on to dishes we would have never tried like salt cod, Rubicon in San Francisco on a slow weekend also because a wonderful waiter made wonderful food an even better experience & usually when my husband cooks for me...I love it when he cooks a meal for me.
My final meal would probably be either a good steak frites at a french restaurant or my homemade mac & cheese with peas on the side or my husband's roast chicken & veggies.
All these things sound pretty good. I've never been to Golden Corral but I have heard it's pretty good. I have yet to go to California but If Im ever in the SF area I'll have to be sure to keep those places in mind. I have had salted cod or "bacalao" as us Hispanics call it and it is pretty good. I am a fan of comfort though, carbs mainly. Give me anything with carbs and I'll be set. Thanks to both of you for leaving the comments by the way.
